As a SC fan, I would like to present a fanart of HOTS Kerrigan to everyone. Hope you Starcraft fans out there like it :)

Oops.. I forgot to mention, the lightning/electric arc brushes I used, is from: 40-lightning-bolt-brushes
Is really awesome and it looks natural. Should go try it out, if you r painting lightning.
